Return policy:
You have 24 hours after order confirmation to request a cancellation at no charge (full refund less bank fees applies).
Eligibility for a refund on the return of product will depend on the type of product ordered and the size of the order. Strict conditions apply. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct product before placing your order. You must apply within 48 hours of receiving the product, and restocking fees will apply. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Our warranty policy is:
Temprecord International Ltd. WARRANTY
All units carry a product warranty of one year (or 1 million samples), or two year (or two million samples) as outlined below. The warranty covers any manufacturing and parts defects and excludes cover for user damage and use outside the specified ranges as detailed in MARKET-LIST-02 for Data Logger Use Specifications.

3-month warranty on Data Loggers following recalibration.

The warranty period is valid from the original purchase date of the unit from Temprecord plus a grace period of three months.

Warranty replacements are considered once loggers are received at Temprecord for inspection. A report of the results is provided.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less any fees incurred. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
